Week 1: Igniting the Vision

Theme: Awakening & Orientation

Hi, I'm Daniella

I know what it’s like to lie awake at 3 a.m. — your mind racing, your body overheated, caught between exhaustion and the pressure to function the next day.

That experience, and my own journey through perimenopause, is what deepened my commitment to supporting women through this stage of life — not just in managing symptoms, but in navigating the deeper questions that often surface alongside them.

I’m a Intuitive High Performance, Leadership and Lifestyle Coach and the author of Wiser. Hotter. Stronger.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked with high-achieving women at pivotal transitions — moments where performance, identity, and inner truth begin to collide.

My work brings together neuroscience and positive psychology with Eastern wisdom and embodied practices. I draw on my background in transformational coaching, women empowerment and my own spiritual practice, as well as modalities such as Pranic Healing and Art Therapy, to support not only physical balance but emotional clarity, self-leadership, and sustainable change.

I don’t believe midlife of life is something to “get through.” I see it as a threshold. One that invites recalibration, honesty, and a deeper alignment with who you’re becoming.

This live experience is a natural extension of that work. I’ll be guiding the journey personally, holding the space week by week as we move through it together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not required, but highly recommended. The Live Experience is designed to help you embody the five pillars – Connection, Clarity, Creativity, Congruence, and Contribution – which the book introduces. Reading it first will deepen your experience, but if you’re ready to dive in, you’ll get the framework as we move through the weeks together.

All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. You’ll have lifetime access to the recordings. That said, the live element – the real-time support, the witnessing, the group energy – is where much of the transformation happens. If you can prioritize showing up live, even for most calls, you’ll benefit exponentially.

Expect 30-60 minutes per week for reflection, practices, or integration exercises. I know we all have busy lives but just putting in 5 min a day and creating space for what matters will have a huge impact throughout the program. The work is designed to weave into your daily life, not sit on top of it.

Perfect. The Live Experience is designed for women navigating the entire midlife transition – perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. The earlier you engage with this work, the more powerfully you can navigate what’s ahead. Most participants are in perimenopause.

Even better. This work is about claiming your post-menopausal power – what indigenous cultures call “entering your wisdom years.” The integration, clarity, and contribution pillars are especially potent for women who are ready to embody their Queen energy fully.

This is transformational group coaching with elements of somatic practice, reflection, and creative exploration. It is not therapy or medical treatment. If you’re working with a therapist, this experience can beautifully complement that work. If you’re dealing with clinical depression, severe anxiety, or trauma that needs therapeutic support, please address that first.

Maximum 16 women. This beta cohort is intentionally intimate – small enough for real connection, large enough for diverse perspectives and shared wisdom.

You’re always in control of how much you share. Some women are vocal processors; others prefer to witness and integrate privately. Both are welcome. The group is a space of witnessing and support, not performance. You can participate in the chat, unmute when you want, or simply be present. Your presence alone contributes to the collective field.

Calls are scheduled at 7pm Central Europe Time / 6pm UK time/ 1pm Eastern / 10am Pacific. All sessions are recorded, so if timing doesn’t work for you live, you can still participate asynchronously.

We’ll use Zoom for live calls and a private community space on Facebook for ongoing connection, questions, and support between sessions.
