So I went back to my certifications in nutrition, psychology and spirituality and started to include practices from Pranic Healing and Art Therapy into my toolkit focusing on emotional and mental well-being. Which has allowed me to address not just physical symptoms or professional challenges, but personal balance, growth and fulfillment.
