I know what it’s like to lie awake at 3 AM, your mind racing, your body flushed with heat, tossing and turning and wondering how you’ll possibly function the next day…

As a coach with over 25 years of experience, I understand the unique challenges faced by high-powered women navigating the frustrating symptoms of hormone imbalance. And I bring a unique blend of Eastern wisdom and Western science to the world of sleep and menopause.

So I went back to my certifications in nutrition, psychology and spirituality and started to include practices from Pranic Healing and Art Therapy into my toolkit focusing on emotional and mental well-being. Which has allowed me to address not just physical symptoms or professional challenges, but personal balance, growth and fulfillment.

Today, I blend all of my knowledge and expertise to offer a unique, holistic, science-backed approach to sleep and menopause. I don’t just help you manage symptoms; I guide you in rediscovering your core identity and purpose while going through this challenging stage in life.
